Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Access-MCP Pro subscriptions from A-Point Systems Ltd, a company incorporated in Israel (company registration no. 514562115), with its registered office at HaLapid 12, Petach Tikva, Israel. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Try before you buy
Access-MCP offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all tools, and a perpetual Free tier, both without payment. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the Software during the trial to confirm it meets your needs before subscribing to Pro. This means most compatibility questions can be answered at no cost before any charge is made.
2. Merchant of Record
Pro subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com (Paddle), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all order-related matters, including payments, invoices, and the processing of refunds. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first Access-MCP Pro subscription payment, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that initial charge. We grant these requests without requiring a detailed justification.
This 14-day guarantee applies to the first payment only (your initial subscription purchase). It does not apply to subsequent renewal payments.
4. Renewals and cancellation
Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal or the management link in your purchase confirmation email.
- Cancelling stops all future renewals.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after a renewal has been charged, except where required by law or in the circumstances described in Section 5.
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.
5. Discretionary and required refunds
Beyond the 14-day guarantee, we may issue refunds at our discretion — for example, where the Software is materially defective and we are unable to resolve the issue, or in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges. We also honor any refund or withdrawal rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence (for example, statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the EEA/UK, subject to the conditions and exceptions that apply to digital products).
6. How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of the following ways:
- Through Paddle — using the link in your Paddle order confirmation email, or the Paddle customer portal; or
- Contact us at office@apoint.co.il with your order/receipt number, and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle.
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days. Once a refund is approved, Paddle typically processes it within a few business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
